Queen of Kernow

This was one of the most challenging student projects I have worked on as the backdrop of the film was 1560 Cornwall. Following the story of an Elizabethan lady who turns to piracy to keep her lifestyle afloat, the script called for authentic costumes which meant making the majority of the garments. In the role of costume designer, I had to organise and delegate tasks to my team so that everything would be complete in time for filming, sourcing hard-to-find items and making sure continuity was consistent throughout filming.
